Eric Our Elf toasting marshmallows

So this year we have an elf on the shelf! He is such a great addition to our family.  Tonight he decided to roast marshmallows on one of my candles. Yes that is my baby cake pop maker skewer.  His name is Eric.  I strongly suggest this tradition for your family:)

Craft Show

Here we go!  My daughter and I are in our first craft show of the season.  I will post pictures:)
The great thing about these is that my daughter gets credit hours towards her graduation:)  She is in a course designed for special kids.  The course is called occuapational course of study (ocs).  She is taught life skills.  These hours are considered work hours:)  She will be making a little money to buy some more supplies and earn credit hours.

Hopefully many more craft shows to come:)

Halloween at the Fosters Hosue

Every  year we decorate up BIG TIME!  Last year I was super late in getting it up, and as we were putting our stuff out a man and his little boy walked by and said "I'm so glad you are doing it this year, He finally is going to walk up to the house this year."  Now that made my husband chest pump and we get bigger and bigger ever year.  This year my girl friend helped with the spider webs and the kids actually had to walk through them and the fog to get to the scary people on the front porch.  Then my little sister and her boyfriend came over and he got into the action.  He dressed up and scared the kids too!  It was so much fun:)

Kaitlyn Turns 18!!

OK so while Hubby is at the Carolina vs Miami football game, Youngest daughter is at the Nascar Race with boyfriends family......I am at the Great Wolf Lodge with 4 special needs girls:)

To tell you the truth. I think I had the better deal.  We had so much fun.

Beach Tournament with the Charlotte Starz!!

I am so sorry I have not posted anything in a while.  We have been a bit crazy here.

The girls placed 2nd in the Autum WFC Beach Tournament.

School starts in 1 week for the Fosters!

Getting ready for school to start.  I always make a special little treat for my kids teachers for the beginning of a new school year.

  This year our 2 youngest start their first year of  high school.  They were not to happy about bringing gifts on the first day of school this year. 

 Our oldest is autistic and will be a junior this year, and is very excited about the gifts she is giving her teachers.  Thank goodness she is still in school so I can do my goofy teacher gifts.

  I guess after next year I will make them for my clients kids.  They love all of Miss Tiff's stuff.
