Wow. It is Foster Folleys!

Today we have the cousins at our house.  So with or four and we add two cousins that makes a half dozen kids!

Getting supper on was a chore.  Love my crock pot and the new Philadelpha cream cheese cooking sauces.  Tonight was chicken alfredo.  Dropped 6 chicken breast in crockpot and add 2 tubs of the new sauces, and a jar of alfredo sauce.  Steam brocolli and add to the crockpot.

Had to cook off two boxes of pasta and used a half of loaf of bread for garlic toast.  Then slap 6 salads together.

How cute after dinner was served and the kids ate.  My little niece gets up and shows me hear plate, so that she can be excused.  I used to make my kids show me their plates before they were excused form the dinner table.  My kids are now 17,15,14,14.  I don't have to do that anymore, they clean their plates and want more.  Well, we all made a big deal about or baby cousin cleaning her plate, and then asking to be excused:)
Getting ready to go far a walk with the kids.  Oops!  It's now kickball in the backyard.

Battle Of the Borders

Our Hannah was in the battle of the borders showcase softball torunament.  This one is an invite only tournament and she had to be nominated to play in this tournament.

Three of her teammates were nominated too!

Team Red won both games.  Our Hannah hit a base hit with 2 RBI'S  and pitched a shut out in two innings!

Hannah is the little one in the middle.  She is a little firecracker!

Great job girls we are proud of you:)

Crafty ideas for front porch

I made a few things for the front porch.

First I have tons of mason jars. I wrapped yarn around the jar and then took kyron white spray paint and painted it. Waited for it to dry and then pulled the yarn off. Now when I light the tea light inside the light glows through the unpainted areas.

Second I took an old frebreeze candle I had popped out the wick and the little wax left. Cleaned it really good, then took brown vinyl and cut it out with my cricut. I purchased a small path light and took the top off and set in on top the of candle. Now I have a light with no flame.

Third I used red, blue, and white card stock and made a bunting. I used my cricut (team sports cart.)and some 4th of July printables. I cut them out and then took clear contact paper and cut the pendant a 1/4 size bigger and covered it so when it rains the paper will not be ruined.

Storms have come and gone

We live in the Carolina's and pop up thunderstorms are a nightly occurance lately. We had some really bad storms come thru this month. Do to all the damage we have had to replace our patio table. It was glass and the unbrella was pulled up and came crashing down on the glass top. I had to take a flat head screwdriver to get all the little pieces of glass out of the slats in the wood. Then it rined our hot tub cover, so had to order a new one. UGH! I can honestly say when it rains it pours!

We have gotten really good with the chain saw. Lost allot of trees this year:( (see photo) New hot tub cover is here, after draining and cleaning it. We had to fill and drain it 3 times to get all the debrie out of the jets.....We are now able to use our hot tub. Now the temps are in the 90's. Really wow wants in now?!?!

Fathers day

Hannah and Steve have a softball tournament in Burlington this weekend. The are actually leaving on Friday morning. I am staying back for Kaitlyn's jewelry sale and horseback riding lesson for her on Sunday.

Steve will be spending his fathers day on the ball field. Thanks you for being such a great roll model for our kids. You are the best dad ever!

I have made him a little something for fathers day....A banner will go up in the hotel room that Hannah and he will be staying in. I packed it in Hannah's suitcase along with tape and she is going to surprise him with it this weekend.

The second thing I made was this picture(see photo) I will probably be giving this to him tonight:)

Thanks to all the fathers! I hope you enjoy your day:)
